Mrs. Chaffie Gibbs

Chaffie Gibbs brings over 25 years of experience in special education, spanning classroom instruction, district leadership, and system-level support. Her career includes 10 years teaching middle and high school students, 7 years serving as a Transition Coordinator, Behavior Specialist, and community-based teacher, 5 years as a School Psychometrist, and 13 years as a Special Education Director.
She holds a Master’s degree in special education from Mississippi State University and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. Her work is grounded in inclusive practices, systems alignment, and student-centered outcomes, ensuring every learner has access, support, and opportunity.
Through her work with The Excellence Group, Chaffie collaborates with districts to align systems, elevate practices, and support students, families, and educators.
